The Australian Intervarsity Choral Council (AIVCC) is the governing body of AICSA. The Council is made up of the AICSA office-bearers along with representatives of all member choirs and all currently approved festivals. The Council meets at least once a year, generally at that year's Intervarsity Choral Festival (IVCF). Meetings of the AIVCC are known for their extended length (some having lasted more than a day), and the quality of the lunch provided.
